What Coaching is:

Coaching is about having conversations that you might not feel comfortable having with your manager, or a peer, or your spouse or even your friends. It’s about helping you say out loud, those things that you want or things which you think are holding you back, and discussing them with someone who is completely on your side. Then, you're freed-up to create a plan to have a renewed state of mind, or ideal job position, or better-suited company, and hold yourself accountable to do the work to make it happen.

My Story:

As an executive operations leader for several companies, I managed large teams in Customer Service, IT Development, Project Management and Training. I realized that for years, I was asked to mentor leaders and professionals. I supported these ambitious leaders in building their confidence, strengthening their interpersonal skills, approaches and brands. Over time, I helped many successful people develop their leadership presence, improve EQ, lean into strengths, become stronger communicators, and I loved every minute of it.

Until, that is, I discovered what I was meant to do. And decided to build a life that I truly love.

I launched a Career & Leadership Coach and Consultant practice with the mission to help guide clients as they build the lives they’ve only dreamed of. I partner with clients to enable them to discover who they are at their best, prioritize what’s actually important to them, embrace their often hidden ambitions and then chart a path to achieve it!

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and now live in beautiful New Hampshire with my husband and daughter. When at play, we’re hiking, gardening and spending time with our two dogs, Ginger and Otter.

Who I work with:

I help people see who they are at their best, regain their sense of self and build a plan to move forward, so they can thrive personally and professionally.

An individual may want to explore exiting corporate life, reclaiming personal power after severe burnout, or navigating a move from individual contributor to manager, or manger to executive, or maybe even a transition toward retirement.

Prior to becoming a coach, I was an operations executive primarily in the telecommunications and high-tech spaces. This included leading teams of middle managers and customer facing teammates to drive the business and help them navigate their very busy lives. These companies ranged from 20 person start-ups to a Fortune 50 global giant.

Throughout my career, I’ve been commited to the belief that company success is based on a strong, empowered and happy workforce. I’ve always spent more time focusing on my people and helping them live fulfilling and exciting lives, than scrubbing spreadsheets to eek out another metric. I fully believe that with strong people who belive in themselves and each other, the rest will follow.

As a career and leadership coach, I am committed to helping both individuals and groups dig deep into their desires, skills and personalities to assist them in both living a life that is exciting and rewarding and working with others to bring out the best of them and their teammates. Both within my roels at these great companies and now in my private practice, I’m proud to say I have seen many find their true voice and live their best lives.
