FAQs

Who is your coaching designed for?

1

I work with leaders and professionals navigating defining moments and complexity — career transitions, expanded scope, a desire to lead with greater clarity and impact. Clients are typically high-performers, intentional, and ready to clarify what’s next.

How is coaching different from therapy or mentoring?

2

Coaching is forward-focused, individualized, and strategic. Coaches don’t process the past or offer advice. Instead, we clarify direction, sharpen thinking, and build deliberate action aligned with your values and goals.

What makes you different?

3

My work is distinctive as it integrates executive coaching and strategic career positioning — aligning identity, direction, and execution so your next steps reflect the leader you’ve become, and scope you’re prepared to carry.

What results can I expect?

7

Clients leave with a sharper understanding of themselves, stronger ability to position themselves for opportunities, increased leadership presence, and a clear strategy for navigating change. More importantly, they move forward with confidence and clarity.

Do you offer organizational or team engagements?

8

Yes. In addition to individual coaching, I support organizations in developing leadership pipelines, improving team performance, and cultivating cultures rooted in collaboration and accountability.

How do we get started?

9

We begin by talking about where you are and what feels uncertain or pivotal at this time. From there, we discuss how a coaching partnership would make an impact, and if it makes sense to move forward, we design an engagement aligned to your goals and the stage you’re navigating.

What does the process look like?

4

Our work moves through four phases: Clarity, Positioning, Performance, and for many clients, ongoing Partnership. While each engagement is unique, each phase builds on the last, ensuring momentum while maintaining depth.

How long do clients typically work with you?

5

Most coaching engagements span three to six months. Executive partnerships are typically longer-term, depending on the scope and leadership responsibility.

Do you only work with executives?

6

I work with leaders and ambitious professionals across career stages — from emerging talent pursuing early opportunities to seasoned executives guiding complex organizations. What unites my clients is their commitment to building a future that reflects both their capability and their values.
